Geriatrics and Nursing Home Litigation

This illustrated lecture focuses on the anatomy and medical pathologies related to aging. Nursing homes have become a huge subject of medical malpractice litigation, with a plethora of cases involving decubitus ulcers, strokes, and hip replacements, among other topics. This lecture explores these problems of litigation in depth, and investigates alternative causations in the absence of negligence. (Approximately 1 hour)
